Osceola Heritage Park Arena.

We have a Health Trade Show for all ages, and a kids corner, with
fun and entertainment, face paintings, inflatable jumpers for all
ages, good food and overall fun for family and friends.

Inactivity has become an epidemic among children. Children today are less active than they were just a few years ago because of many factors, including less participation in daily physical education classes at school. Kids need to be active!

The President’s Fitness Expo’s mission is to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America’s youth through promoting the importance of physical fitness by having an active lifestyle and good eating habits.

There are approx. 8 million young Americans, and almost 15% of all children are over weight. Children today are fast food driven and video game motivated.

Our President’s Fitness expo will encourage our youth to play actively and participate in athletic and physical fitness activities. Athletic activities provide positive experiences, which can support youth and adult in making wise and conscious choices about their lives and lifestyles.

Today’s youth are considered the most inactive generation in history caused in part by reductions in school physical education programs and unavailable or unsafe community recreational facilities.

Approx. 30.3% of children 6-11 are over weight and 15.3% are obese. For adolescents 12-19, 30.4% are over weight and 15.5% are obese. Overweight prevalence is higher in boys (32.7%) than girls (27.8%).

In adolescents overweight prevalence is about the same for females 30.2% and 30.5% males. Our Health Trade Show gives people the opportunity to learn to eat healthier and become more active. The Health Trade Show provides a great way for children and families to see a diverse range of activities, with gaining an understanding of the health benefits of an active lifestyle.

The Health Trade show will consist of 100 booths promoting health and fitness of every age, that will include demonstrations, information, activities and entertainments such as face painting, balloon twisting, games and songs, interactive inflatables that will engage and challenge children as well as hands on educational activities.

Aftermath 911 Disaster Center

Aftermath 911 Disaster Center, is Sponsoring the President Fitness Expo. Aftermath 911 is a non-profit organization which helps disaster victims with any help they may need from food, clothing, shelter, education etc. Proceeds from the President Fitness Expo will go towards the Aftermath 911 Disaster Center.
